Assessment Module (Exams) -Exams are the most commonly used assessment type that allows you to bulk up your custom content with tests and quizzes.
Assessment Module Detail Report - The Assessment Module Detail Report provides detailed information for how each user answered questions in an exam.
Review the work instruction, Exam Results Display Options, to learn more on the available options to display quiz questions and feedback to your participants. This work instruction can be found in the LMS under References> Work Instructions or on the Plastipak Academy intranet: Exam Results Display Options.
